Well I broke my game down into step by step actions in order to get a set hooked and more:
1. Open set with "indirect" opener & Hook
--You're not showing interest, however wouldn't mind getting to know new people. I would open with situational openers, opinion openers, accidental openers, almost any one works. Just make sure it makes sense.
2. "How do you guys all know each other?"
--I'd say that just to find out who everyone is and that you know their NAMES. If you call someone by their name, they'll respond MUCH more. Just make sure you're not the annoying kid who stalks people. Since I'm still new to my school, I also add in "Well, I'm still pretty new to the school so I'm just trying to who's who."
2.5 OPTIONAL :: Best friend test
--Style's Best friend test. Look it up
3. Talk Talk Talk
--Now it's time to show personality and befriend. Talk about how the principle smokes pot, talk about how their clothing style, talk about how South Carolina passed a law that said you can't tie alligators to fire hydrants because a drunk did it a few days ago, just Talk about Interesting stuff. They'll anchor the "interesting and fun energetic talk" to You.
3.5 For Commons :: #-Close, Myspace-Close, something not sexual, but.. "we're going to be friends"
--Well it's been 5-10 minutes of passing time in the commons, you've gotta get to class!! Close to work on another time (after school, thenext passing time, lunch time, etc.)
4. Now get to know their personality since they now accepted you as a cool person. Qualify and challenge and push pull hard. This'll get you where you want. Now you know who they are, what they do, and what they eat for lunch.
5. Close. Don't K-Close in school if you're not dating or not going to soon, it'll create buyer's remorse (due to the bullshit code of high school). Instead, get her number, call her up after school, and build more comfort until you have a chance to hang out with her outside of school.
This is what I came up with so far, and it'll work if done properly. However it'll require a LOT of will and energy. Never stop pushing that comfort zone and resort to faking yourself ONLY if you have to.

All in all, the easiest way to memorize this is to divide into 4 simple words:
- Open
- Talk
- Tease
- Close
