Is it terrible if I don't go to Homecoming? I don't have anything good to do after and I'm not popular at all (yet) and I'm not asking a girl. There's one party bus I can go on but I don't really want to, its kind of losers and no hot girls. There is a Sweet 16 on that day which I was invited to.. It's a girl from out of my school so would it be bad if I went to that and not homecoming?

if you genuinely have something better do to, have a chance of getting with an HB, and most of all will have more FUN, then its ok not to go. For you though, someone who isn't too high on the social ladder right now, I'd just want to have as much fun, wherever I can, doing anything. If you wanna go to the sweet 16, thats your call. Game girls there if you want, but most of all, have FUN. if you have fun, girls will naturally be attracted to you. I've had good times at homecoming, but if I didn't have many friends or HB's, I could see how that would be a tough situation. But looking in the future, you definitely want to get in a social circle at your school. Make the most out of High School, it should be fun.

1.Meet new people
2.Easier to hook up quicker
3.Girls don't already have an impression of you
