Does being hot atually help?

Hey guys im just wondering if you find being a hot guy helps with your pick up. I usually get rated about a 7 (until my shirt comes off then im a nine ) but my other friends who are like 8-9's (girls words) get more chicks then me so is it just they have better game or is it their looks?

both. most of the time good looking guys have learned to capitalise on their looks and have become naturals.

But you have to realize that being hot isn't everything. Last year, I changed my look completely to the point where I went from a 5 to an 8. People I didn't know were interested in me, until they saw how self-conscious and shy I was and then they just dropped me. So trust me, even if you look like Taylor Lautner but have the confidence of Ron Weasley (weird analogy but recent movies are the only things that are popping into my head), you would most likely get less girls than the opposite.

I've noticed that attractive guys tend to have the best PUA qualities - their funny, alpha, confident, ect... probably get the confidence from just having easy success with women. Same looks - overall i used to be about a 6.5-7 now i get with 9's, so i'd say looks matter the most to yourself than anyone else.

I think it's largely a self confidence thing, I'm getting way better/bigger looking and my acne is going away, and I'm getting better with my self confidence. That translates to more success and just generally being more fun and alpha.
