i think you should sit her down one day, before she breaks up with her boyfriend, and tell her that you don't want to ruin the great friendship you have with her, because if you do break up eventually then it would be akward for both of you and that friendship you have will be gone.

Next time they touch your arm look them in the eyes and tell them (be serious, no smiles) that you like them alot, but ONLY as a friend. Simple right  ? |

Dude you are very lucky that girls are like you.But its not your problem because its just depends on your nature and your look.Here,you have to handle this issue very naturally because if you reject those girls directly than they really very hurt by you.So,you have to prepare a proper reason for them.For example you can convert their relationship in the best friendship.
