so i "rekindled" with this girl and took her to prom. we danced and all that and it was cool, i started catching feelings. found out from a friend that its not mutual (last year it was mutual) so i went ahead and told her i just wanted to be her friend, in an attempt to make her want to pursue me. we still flirt and stuff over text but i havent really hung out with her since prom. advice to bag this girl? id love to date her over the summer

If you're friendzoned, you might want to freeze her out for a while and then come back in full force with all the stuff sketch said^. I know that sometimes gets some crap on this forum but I think it might be worth a shot.
That goes hand in hand with the other advice I'd give, which is just forget about her and on to the next one. My prom date and I were both attracted to each other, we have been for months/years now, but she desperately wants a lovey dovey committed relationship, and that's the opposite of what i want, I just want a fuck buddy, so it took a while for me to accept the fact that shit aint gonna happen but eventually I did and it's for the best. There's tons of fish in the sea.
You may find that once you do this and forget about her, you'll feel more free to go mess with a bunch of other girls. Then like next year or something you'll come back and start talking to her by chance and be even MOAR ALFA LOL and bag her. go for it tiger, rawwrr

I'm not as experienced as alot of these guys are but I put Venus (forum nickname of my gf in the process) in the friend-zone when we started talking. So technically at the time of this post, me and Venus are just friends talking about giving each other oral. Anywayz you shouldn't be afraid of the friend-zone, just keep the momentum up.
