I'm certain someone posted recently asking how can they stay positive all the time, because people like to be around positive people, anyway here's my reply to all you guys out there wondering how to become happier.
1) Be happy for no reason, like a child. If you're happy for a reason then that reason can be taken away.
2) Do more of what makes you happy and less of what doesn't
3) Stop taking shit from people and watch as they stop giving it, people learn how to treat you based on what how you let them treat you.

4)You can never be happy all the time and should not try to be, when negativity comes through or emotions shift you off your center, that is the moment you wanna be aware of, otherwise it does not matter what state you are in as I can assume most guys are some what relaxed/neutral most times. Don't force the happiness.

1) Be happy for no reason. - This is such an awesome feeling, I love it Be happy if you can If you wanna be happy sometimes it helps if you get hyperactive - drink red bull or guarana (don't do this to often cuz its not guaranteed that you'll get happy and it's not too good for your health) A great way to be happy is just listen to an awesome song! easy and works instantly

Smile.
Also when I have caffeine and I'm very energetic it seems like I'm happier. I don't know if I'm just naturally happy and having more energy enhances the feeling, or if the energy actually changes my mood, but I'm sure that caffeine has that effect on me.

Technically caffeine extends the half-life of cortisol so it shouldn't make you any happier.

You guys are mistaking happiness with being hyper. After you're done being hyper, and you're tired or whatever, what are you then? That's not really happiness. I think you might understand a lot better as you get older.

I think you might understand a lot better as you get older. I CHOSE YOU PICKUP DAD FIGURE!!! USE SUPERIORITY! ITS SUPER EFFECTIVE!!! Happiness is the opposite of boredom/inaction You cant be happy all the time, thats naive, but your basic state should be one of happiness. One way that I can jumpstart this is if im feeling like a tub of shit is to contemplate everything i am grateful for and then think about what i want, more so wishing than thinking. It makes me feel awesome for some reason.

Sometimes it's bad though, I mean you can't keep looking forward, you have to be happy now and be in the present, doing things so that you will get what your looking forward for, and not miss out on things in the meantime.
