I'm not sure if it contains dehydrated milk or anything, but it's a powder you add either water or milk to. Oh and optimus, I'm totally going to go look it up right now, you might have just saved my next max numbers!
Senor, that seems like a decent starting point, be prepared to feel those 60sec breaks though.
On a slightly related note, I've just been informed I strained my abdominals so I'm forbidden from doing crunches for a week or heavy lifting my doc says. The first one I can abide by, the second one...

hmm, I changed up my workout routine to a low-weight, high-rep one before reading this, and the last few weeks have shown me the fastest improvement in a while. My biceps and calves are much more clearly defined. Could this be because I got food poisoning and lost 10 pounds (too much, I've been trying to eat a shitload but I can't force enough down without shakes) or is it the routine? It's probably because you're working at a higher intensity. It isn't the amount of work you do, it's how fast you do it. I've actually read about a program that is all 4-minute workouts. I'm sure it's also really hard. Whatever the reason, good job on getting some definition.

senor u should really try hurricanes, they are an incredible workout for getting in shape and losing weight. it involves 4 diff workouts for four min each and you have to go all out on each work out, start off doing 3sets of the four workouts with a 60sec rest bewtwweb the sets...then after a week go up tp 4 then 5 and ultimately up to 8 sets

listen man, if you want abs/pecs... you gotta constantly work for them. you can listen to me or ignore me.. but here's my abs: chicks around the school apparently have that pic on their fone... i found out yesterday lol ok well basically, i started out small. cut the crappy foods out of your diet (minimalise them reallly) and try to eat good foods.. meat and fish defs. dont be vego. anyway, start small.. id suggest like every second NIGHT (night time work outs=greater muscle gain, day time=greater stamina) of whatever amount of crunches, reverse situps, plank, pushups. increase them gradually (nightly, weekly, monthly etc.) until you feel comfortable doing them and feeling like your growing. thats pretty much all i did. take it or leave it. i went from flab to that^^ in about.. 3months not bullshitting. ask robocop.

When I read that, I had the same thought. It makes sense that at night you've consumed a lot of calories, so you have more energy to burn and build muscle.
What I've found is that I'll usually start off the day eating really healthy, but by that night, I'll be eating a shitload of chocolate. If I work out in the evening, I don't feel the need for dessert.
