So basically, I want to practice. I feel like I'm ready to get in the field, practice what I know, learn where I'm weak etc. etc. And I get the chance... occasionally. I always try to party on Friday and Saturday night just to expand my social cirlce, but I'm getting frustrated because parties in my town are lame and rather few and in between. Is there a specific place in town I should look into where I can practice? or am I pretty much gonna have to wait till college?

I was wondering this too. Doesn't help that I used to be fairly anti-social and didn't go to parties, and so don't get invited to them at the moment either.

Depends on where you live hey. It's mostly about being socially proactive. Nothing happening? Oh well, you better call around or message people and make something happen. Jump on your bike and ride around looking for people or such. Organize shit. Go to town or teenage places. Get to know more people.

I just get a bunch of my friends that are working on their game too and hit up the mall. It seems a bit sketchy at first but it's kinda fun and helps your confidence alot .i actually kiss closed once. Too bad she lives an hr away and i have no car  |

Actually this might be a 'depending on who you are or where you are' I've lived all over the country and some places have chicks to hit on, and some just don't. Especially when your a young buck like us, fining girls you can game can be greuling.
But, that doesn't matter, thats what schools for. There's the mall or the fair for you that don't live in cities, but your primary ground should be schools. Social circle game.

Yeah for high school, malls & school are your best friends. Where I'm from they have 'teen clubs' which always attract some hot party girls..but like everyone's saying they're EVERYWHERE dude, go to the pool, grocery store, gym, post office, you'll find someone to approach. It's amazing how many opportunities you'll have just living every day life.
One thing that may help though: WHEN you approach and get the number, try to make plans with not just her, but her & her friends. Then bring some of your friends and just make stuff happen. Hit up some friends now, organize some things, you don't have to necessarily be a 'party connoisseur' to get some people together and have a good time.
Wanna go to the pool? Text that new girl's number you got to meet you there and bring some friends. You bring some guy friends and bam! Instant social event that you created.
Opportunities are endless, live más bro.

Whenever i meet a girl for the first time and wish to make future plans with her, I tell her to bring a few friends, as many as she wants (usually will be 2 or 3 or possibly 1) , and ill make sure that i invite a few of my bros to come along, the same amount that shes bringing. This way i gain social proof as well as possible storytelling opportunitys because me and my mates have done some stupid shit :\ But yeah, it definitely is a must for me to do when planning shit with them for the first time. And also remember it depends on them, they might just want a little one on one sesh for the first time  Oh and anywhere you go, there will be gaming oppertunites. But the mall, parties and beach for me are the best places |
