Creatine is whey cheaper than whey. Whey can be replaced with skim milk as well, not as good but still great.

Dont buy cheap creatine, you gotta get one called con-cret creatine at your local vitamen shop or GNC. If you were "Bulking" then I would get some weight gainers, cassein, or some whey. If you decide to "cut" first, those are not necessary.

casein is good for night workouts especially i think, since it slow digests (and you're asleep)....
and if you already bought piracetam after reading the other thread about it, it helps you focus more on doing better in your workouts. and i heard somewhere that it helps you produce more ATP (not sure how much truth there is to that, and how that would relate)

Well, after a month or two of supplementing whey, I think it's safe to say it is fairly helpful. It didn't meet my expectations, but it definitely helped. I'll probably continue to take it as long as I keep lifting. Part of the problem may be that I only drink the whey shake after I work out, and I heard somewhere you are supposed to use it every day (I take Saturday and Sunday off normally). I use the Body Fortress stuff you can buy at Walmart. It's fairly cheap, and it's a blend, so maybe I'm guessing an isolate would probably be more beneficial, but whate'er.
