That book fucked up my game. When you read it you'll try and be overly dominant and you'll just end up being dickish. It's like the characters in a porno. It's fantasy. Girl-porn if you will. And just like acting like the guy in a porno won't get you laid, neither will acting like fucking Christian Grey.

There's no such thing as overly dominant. The issue with Christian grey as a character is two fold.
A. Shitty writing. The woman doesn't have any clue how a man with that much power would act. Given his circumstances its more likely he would be a Patrick Bateman esque psychopath.
B. he's extremely one sided and is a walking sex dream. Girls are emotional creatures and as such thier fantasies can't act like how a real man thier attracted to would treat them. That false shock and fake offense she takes to men shes attracted to is a biological reaction so she doesn't appear to be a slut. Most women don't have the ability to deal with a multi-dimensional man who decides he wants to dominate.
Just don't hit girls and you should be fine. Take dominance as a mindset for a few days and you'll be impressed with the results.
