Haters, dislikes, people you get into an arguments

So basically, I was wondering how you deal with the "haters", so to speak.

Ever since I started following a PUA friend of mine, I've always been very amiable and likeable, but before this I had a step up or two and they still seem to harbor distaste for me. I was wondering how to overcome that.

Example1: A year back, this girl is wearing extremely minimal clothing, and naturally I check her out, also because it was a cold winter morning, I was wondering how the hell she was still alive. Boy friend (got two inches and close to 75-100 pounds on me) sees this and doesn't like it one bit. He confronts me about it later on in the day, and instead of doing the PUA thing and resolving the situation amicably, I did the AFC thing and just backed out "nah man, I'm not gonna fight you."

Anyways what would you do if you saw this person again?

Tell a funny story about it. Don't care ever. Tell them to fuck off if they get annoying, watch them fuck off, don't care, tell story about it if funny/relevant to later topic of discussion.

I'd pat him on the shoulder and say "stop being so insecure brah, girls don't like it when you're like that. Chill the fuck out."

It will make him look like a total ass and needy mother fucker. If he says anything after that just keep telling him to chill.

i give backwards compliments, i say something like how i admire them, but then talk about the reason i admire them being something uncomlimentary

eg: i admire your courage man, it's hard to start a fight with a guy you don't know for no good reason. Combined with a condesending hand on the shoulder

Lets say that guy starts on you for checking out his girlfriend 'it's good to see a guy stands up for his girlfriend, you've got balls man - i like that *pat back*'

It's extremely condesending but how can he get mad when you're being so complimentary

and if he does then you go to:

"Relax dude, i understand why you're angry."

The key to what your doing is how you touch him (no homo) you disarm the threat by putting your hands on his back/ shoulders - patting him, it's extremely condesending but it's not detectable.

Words like: respect, understand, admire, reasonable all work well, you basically suck up to him in a totally sarcastic way
