Some material just doesn't work online.

Just run a couple sets, but very conciously don't use anything you've memorized. Let it all flow. It's going to be sloppy, and you prolly won't get any kind of close, but you'll say a couple of things that are gold.

If you've written something, try running it online. If it doesn't work, no harm done. You'd be surprised how well stuff will go over online.

And if it doesn't, you can just say, "... that sounded better in my head." or something similar.
