I basically met this girl 5 months ago at a party, where I was being a wing man for one of my other friends. We had instant-chemsitry, and I also found out she goes to the same school as me and then later that night I also found out she has a boy friend haha...
I have a ton of DHV's :

We barely ever see each other in person, she always blushes around me in person and blushes even when someone says my name around her. We've talked 24/7 through the phone since January, it's one of those weird friendships were we just constantly text each other.
So I run into her again at party in May, and she ends up making out with one of my closest friends ... in front of me.. at this point she txts me and admits that she's been leading me on, and at this point i'm starting to feel like I like this girl a bit too much.
After she makes out with my friend in front of me, i stopped talking to her for a whole month and decide to come back because I felt like I was over her.
We resume our txting relationship, 24/7, we never get bored of each other. and one night I confess that I like her and she confesses that she likes me too. so I asked her to be my girlfriend.
Our first date went well (to me) , but she could barely keep eye contact and was fidgety the whole time , we then go to a house party where I end up getting too drunk (she's completely sober). She comes and holds my hand and tells me she wants something long term from me and I say the same back, I K-close her for the first time and the process continues for an hour.
On the way home from the first date she tells me how she feels we rushed "this" and the fact that how both of us are leaving for the summer isn't helping, so she wants to take a break until the end of summer and I agree.
3 days later, i invite her out to breakfast, and she hits me with those 4 words .. "Let's Just Be friends" ... I don't get it ... she says "I feel like i know you too well on the phone and not in person", "I don't want a relationship right now" , "There were times that I felt like we weren't clicking on the first date" ... she basically says it's over..
This little "Fling" me and her are having has become like our schools soap operah, and every girl including her friends agrees we're the cutest couple, my closest girl-friend tells me that she'll come around after summer but I have to go cold on her..
What's the next step I should take??? *I mean I've been getting with other girls while I still liked her and she knows btw* (not when we were together).
My Options))
- Play Cold on Her , and escape the friend zone
- Find a summer girlfriend and make her jealous
- Move on (I reallllly don't want too)
