I am not talking about opening random girls through facebook chat, but girls you already know and somewhat talk to in real life, so opening is not the issue. Could you just give me some pointers in what is that I should be doing through these conversations?

you should be setting up times to meet up in real life... fuck facebook chats you can't stick your dick in her mouth behind a computer screen.
Either that or fuck around with her/bust her balls whatever you do just have fun with her, and she'll catch on. Personally I like to fuck with them (tease them)

Just talk to them. There isn't anything magical you gotta say. Personally, I keep Facebook and texting convos light and playful. I never really talk about serious things. As long as you're not going into interview mode or having deep conversations about boring things you're good.
