One part of my look I have never really figured out is the shoes. I am not sure to get skate shoes, or Nikes and I am just confused at what to get.
Basically my look is simple.
Jeans, always jeans and either a party shirt, blank shirts or plaid shirts.
Anyone got suggestions.

My only pair, apart from my running shoes, are a nice pair from my school's lost & found. They truly are beautiful. My mom threw away my old shoes because they were, "dismembered beyond belief" I loved them though. So comfortable.
Serious though, I would buy some awesome shoes if I found a shop that sold any I'd prefer.

Nike iD has some sick shoes that you can customize and choose every color, so you basically have to like them. I usually get Jordans or skate shoes, but whatever matches your style.

I hate buying expensive shoes, but those neon running shoes look fresh as hell...granted, I'm not a track runner, but those look nice. My mom picked up some FILA shoes with a grey body and neon orange soles from Kohls for $20-30 with a coupon, and they look almost as baller...and comfy too

It really depends on your style and what you are wearing.
Say, If im wearing Chinos, I might wear some Nikes or if im going out and want to keep it simple, I wear plain white slip on canvas shoes.
If im wearing skinny jeans, I might wear slim grey shoes or maybe some pointy leather shoes.
Basically you just have to adapt to the style you want. Look at the people you want to look like, mix and match things and create your own style out of your inspirations.
I find thats what helps me... may not be the same for everyone else.
