^ you don't feel the benefits it just happens and maybe you'll notice them and maybe you wont. It is worth it if your doing it for a specific reason and you feel at this point in your life it may have a few benefits and you would like to see where it can fit in. If not I think it is pretty faggy, if your doing it for some transformation and looking for an end result it most likely won't click in your head the importance of it, you have to experience more and it will serve a purpose a long the time line if you told me about meditation a few months ago it completely would not serve me any purpose at that time in life and I would not do it at all
