If I don't have a topic in mind beforehand, I generally go on TED's website and find something that intrigues me.

i totally listen to at least one TED talk, iTunesU, podcast, or other education resource like khan academy a day, its def helpful.

This was one of the best talks ive seen, but the only thought I could have through the whole talk was

This was great. I've been telling a couple confidence-lacking friends of mine to fake it til they made it. Now I'm gonna tell them fake it til you become it. Very true.

Can anyone else offer up some more great TED/lecture style videos related to pick up, and self improvement? This was extremely insightful.
