Hello! I'm a junior in high school. In December I had a pretty life-changing event in my life which changed my entire outlook on life. I went from 6'1" 130 17% body fat to almost 6'2" 160 9% body fat. All of these life changing things that have resulted from this event have now led me to reading about PUA. I've been a member on this website for a bit now, and I've decided to give some input back to this community. (Also I was a virgin until April of 2012 and I've made some major strides since then)
I think I'll try to write a field report from over the summer, so we'll see how it goes!

Thanks! My next goal is 180 so I'm like living in the gym. That doesn't sound right. Outline your overall approach so we can critize it.

I'm mildly exaggerating on my time spent in the gym, I'm doing the workout/diet found on this website: www.abercrombieworkout.com/I started it on the 1st of August, from the beginning of March-August I just did workouts with my friends so I can't really give specifics

I'd recommend you get off your current workout and then don't proceed onto the bodybuilding.com workout either. That Abercrombie site is full of broscience, the workouts are not structured at all, tons of pointless cardio and terrible ab workouts. The other workout is designed for total beginners and lacks a lot of substance, get on startingstrength or Stronglifts.
