This has been said countless times before...LIVE IN YOUR OWN REALITY. Since my name is Alek, I live on planet Alek. Since your name is "x" You live on planet "x" GET IT?
I can't emphasize this enough. What it means is this: Be a fun unaffected guy, do things for YOUR BENEFIT because you are having fun, and not to seek validation from others. The key is to give value, but not to seek their validation, just to do it for yourself because you are having fun.
An example would be: You are in gym class, and you are playing basketball. While playing, you don't take things seriously, you are playful, teasing, and just messing around with the ball. You can mess with the other team playfully (guys or girls), you can call them names, take shots that are just crazy...WHY because YOU are having fun, and not seeking validation.
This is FIELD TESTED by me COUNTLESS AMOUNTS of times, in any situation. I can generate attraction JUST from this. It is key.
It is great in gym class because you can take things sooo not seriously while being playful about it, and fun.
Keep in mind though, you HAVE to have a grounded personality at some point.
