Late replies to text. How to deal with it

Hey fellow puas
Just yesterday I volunteered at this place and I seen this girl. We bumped into each other but our volunteer work kept us from having a good conversation
I felt the vibe and I knew she was feeling me. She had this guy that came and visited her but the only thing was she was asking me of she should "dump" him. She even told me that she wasn't actually really dating him. He was a total afc (waited for 2 hours for her to be done and I pretty much gamed her in front of him)
So I got her number and we started testing. Her replies were thoughtful but long. I it'd be like a 3hr interval.
However she did tell me she had a shit ton of work to do and she's also busy today.
So I'm trying to figure out how to play it now. I'm pretty sure she digs me so I'm trying my best to set up a date.

and I recommend that you make it clear that it's a date when you ask her out
