We don't write articles on stuff that other people out there know a shit load about. We want you guys to have the best info, we know where it is, like that link I sent you, but there's no point me writing another article about it when that one is already better than what we could write on the topic. But in future, DanZy is the person to listen to about body building, he knows his shit better than all of us on that front.

K, sorry for the late ass reply, but I've found out that a lower back problem runs in my family, so my dad has pretty much told em to not do weights as he almost killed his back doing them, also I'm joining the gym, and am probably gonna do elliptical and see if it hurts my back, probably need to see some "elliptical exercise forms" so if you guys can find me a good one, then props to you awesome fellas

See a professional, get your back x-rayed/scanned and let a doctor tell you what's wrong

Yeah I'll see a professorial soon, but until then I'll have to work ariund it, so I'll just start with getting a workout schedule, should I just use the one Sketch gave me? or another? also one will be going to the gym, they have a lot of equipment there so I'll take advantage of that..

As a beginner you should be doing Stronglifts or starting strength 5x5. Learn the correct form and squats won't hurt your back. Bodybuilding.com is ok but rather just ask me if you have questions.
