Well i started working out for the first time ever....and here is my home gym thats me working out... what do you guys think??? any other things i can do with the work out gym?? Remember i dont know shit about shit.... so you gotta explain it all.

Eh machines.. I guess they're alright. I'm old school though I prefer free weights and body-weight stuff. My friend has been taking martial arts classes since he was like 5 so he teaches me all these gnarly workouts using nothing but your body and maybe a partner. This one-legged squat he taught me is brutal:
Stand up straight and lift one of your legs out straight completely. Then squat down all the way and try to come back up on just your one leg...it's tough to say the least.

Eh machines.. I guess they're alright. I'm old school though I prefer free weights and body-weight stuff. QFT Machines make your work easy. Working with free weights requires a lot more work to balance the weight and tiny little adjustments. Machines take all that away.
