Well I did my workout for the first day and let me tell you.. my calluses from doing Pull-ups hurt.. a lot.
That's not my problem though, my problem are the crunches. I've always had a strong abdomen, but my neck starts killing me after 10 crunches. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm doing these.

Apparently, I'm doing it wrong, because it is putting stress on my neck.

That just means that your abs are more developed than your neck. When you do a crunch, you have to support your head with your neck muscles. If your neck isn't used to this, then it'll hurt. It should go away soon.

i had this same problem, my boxing coach told me to push my tongue against the roof of my mouth, and voila it worked. either that or support my neck w/ my hands behind my head and do them.

you're not supposed to put your hands behind your head
the Marine way is to cross your arms and wrap your hands around your biceps with your thumb right on the inside of your elbow
