Where do I go from here?

So I've read all over this site, but I really don't know what to do next. i also feel like I keep jumping back and forth from different things. I really don't know the steps I should take and where to start. It seems like this site has kind of died and I am late to the party. There aren't many recent posts in any of the threads and I was wondering if you could lead me to some sort of website or forum that might be more up to date. Or maybe you guys could start posting again? Any help would be great. Sorry if I am in the wrong place!

Have you been to the blog where we post articles? I just came back to the forums and it seems to be sort of alive... Anyways, where you should go is in field. No article or advice we can give you will substitute for personal experience.
