Girl thinks I'm cute

So there is this girl in my lunch that things I'm cute and I wanna get to know her better, and eventually ask her out, we used to talk in 6th grade (In 10th now). What would be a good way to get to know her better? She sits next to my ex girlfriend so there is that but I don't really have a problem with her, she's cool. So any advice on how to go about this with out messing it up? ;D ;D

I mean I'm pretty new to PUA, but im getting the hang of it, so if your still cool with your ex (Even if it's just saying hi/hey) go sit with them, and try to game the girl who you're into. That'll also make you closer with your ex girlfriend (if you ever want to get back with her.)

An opener you could use (I mean I know you've already met her but by opener in this case I mean a way to get the ball rolling haha) is :
Hey, you guys seemed to pretty bored over here, so I though I'd come over and say hi. And then start a convo.
Also, for the first day I think you should talk to them only about 5 minutes, and then say you gotta get back to your friends. (Just make sure you do that in the beginning of the period)
Then the next day wait til theres about 10 minutes left in the period and go sit with them (that'll give you a good chance for 10 minutes of conversation, and then you'll be able to walk them to class and establish a little kino.)
Then from then on just do the same thing (talk for ten minutes at the end of the period, walk them to class.)
And on friday just see if she can hang after school.

Thanks, and yeah def! But when you say "them" what if they have different classes? How can I walk the one I'm interested in without looking like a dick by hitting on my ex's friend right in front of her?
