So I dig this chick, and I think she digs me back... Only problem is that the only time I see her is at lunch and she sits next to my Ex-Gf, we're civil towards each other but how should I go about talking the the girl I like? (Also tips to reduce my AA would be appreciated!)

Is she good friends with your ex? If yes, I probably wouldn't continue to game her without knowing your ex doesn't give a shit. She could tell this girl stuff true or not about you that could turn her off of you.

If they aren't good friends, it shouldn't be a problem.

I would just go talk to her, your ex and the other people they chill with and approach the set as they say. Focus on her but interact with everyone. Then maybe stop her in the halls or use Facebook to get her number.

These kinds of threads pop up SO often! From experience, I can tell you the best way to go about this is to act light hearted and friendly to EVERYONE you meet. Flirt and talk with everyone, be known as the lighthearted and friendly. You're shooting for congruence with you personality.
