Girlfriend just called me boring

So yeah, we've been together for like 3 weeks and see each other a lot in college because we both study nursing. Only went out once because that was the only free time I had.

Today she starts going a little cold shoulder on me and at the end of the day she says I'm boring.

I don't know if it's because:

• of the plethora of assignments that we both have;
  
• the fact that her granddad is in hospital;
  
• we haven't been going out much; or
  
• we're just both tired of assessments
  

Q: Do I talk to her about her mood tomorrow or consider it a shit test and act as if everything was all good?

Pretty beta I know, I have been out of sync since the beginning of my second semester.
