Well guise I'm in need of a workout program I can follow. like Insanity or P90X or stuff like that (I torrent though cuz I'm a cheap motherfucker ). I've noticed its easier for me to follow a program then to just go to the gym and hopelessly wonder around there on what to do. Btw I'm 15 skinny as fawk though, I'm 5'6 and way about 115 and NEED to bulk up. So help me out.

Insanity and P90X are a load of horse shit. You really are a beginner so something like stronglifts should do the job.

Go to gym everyday for the next 12 months and you'll look amazing. Programs are for girls if you want a program find a world strongest man athlete or a mr.olympia winner and replicate their program. Those insanity things give extremly mediocre results no such thing as abs in 30 days. Eat, start writing out your diet, perfect it, make it a habit every sunday to improve your diet for the week, get a tub of protein once a month and eat, go to gym everyday, leave your ego at home, lift hard and leave your self-image at the front gate never go on a scale, never stare at your body in the mirror, never talk about what you lift, don't take pictures that's for girls and bodybuilders leave the results for people that have something to prove. Anything you do will make you bigger, anything you do with max effort will make you bigger. When starting I recommend you do chest often. Its a hard muscle to grow. Arms and the rest of your body take like 8 weeks to look decent chest could take you months. Work hard and get the fuck out of there, have fun and get the fuck out of there. I was like you 115 at 16 I'm 145 now turning 18 its nothing for some people but its a new body haha. I went to gym 8 months straight, missed like 15 days in all. I really don't identify with it but its nice to look good, its nice to get compliments and brush them off, its nice to dominate girls and women. Get started its a shitty journey the only lesson I learned is the way that you feel right now is the way you will feel when your bigger so you might as well feel fucking good right now

Right thx for the motivation bro, really helps. The StrongLifts 5x5 program? I've heard of it before but didn't think it would be better then insanity or p90x or anything like that, I'll try it out. How long does it take for results btw?

Seriously? Have you taken a look at P90X or Insanity? They're absolute jokes. You need to be doing heavy compound lifts, not stupid shit. You're an absolute beginner so stronglifts or something similar will do the trick for at least the 1st year. You're not going to have instant results, you actually need to make an effort.

Starting Strength. Seriously. Just do it. It's the best program out there for beginners looking to gain lotsa muscle. Read the wiki here: startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/Starting_Strength_Wiki buy the book for like 20 or so bucks and get cracking. Insanity/P90x are crap, they're just marketing hype really. Don't bother with that shit. I don't reccomend following the nutrition advice in starting strength. For nutrition, you can't beat the Paleo diet. Check www.robbwolf.com to get started with that. If you follow the Starting Strength diet advice you'll gain far too much fat. The only supplements you should bother with are fish oil, vitamin D, Coenzyme Q10, and multivitamin. Whey protein if you don't get enough protein in your diet. Shoot for 1g of protein / lb of bodyweight + 20-30 extra grams each day. Also set goals each month, and log all your training. This will help big time, trust me. Hope that helps, and cheers man, let us know how it goes.

Yeah, diet is a huge deal man. Before I fixed my diet I made OK to good progress, and now I'm making excellent progress. Paleo diet will keep you from gaining excess fat and then having to cut back later too.

Pshhh I got ripped as fuck off insanity. It's not really gonna help you bulk up but it'll get you cut if you work your ass off. Just make sure you eat a lot and bust your ass when you do the workouts.
