Anyone have any good programs for cutting? I'm currently at 16% body fat and would like to work my way down to 6-8%. I've been lifting for the past year or so, and I've seen great results, but it seems no matter how fit I get, the stubborn stomach and chest fat remain.
My current routine is not as planned out as I would like, but it follows the basic pattern chest on monday, legs on tuesday, bicep/tricep on wednesday and chest again on thursday (I'm particularly interested on getting a more defined chest). I typically take a 2 mile jog every day with intermittent rests every 2-3 days.
I should mention that I only have access to a weight room Monday-Thursday, but I am willing to throw in body weight exercises, and I can perform cardio every day as there is tons of room to run around where I live.
Also, can anyone give me some really good sources of protein? Generally, I try to consume quite a bit of cottage cheese and lean meat as those are the only 2 high in protein sources I can really think of. I also supplement with one scoop of body fortress whey protein on days I lift.
Please help. I'm starting college next year and I want to be one sexy motherfucker ASAP.

I'm not too big an expert on cutting because it's the last thing a skinny guy like me should be doing, haha, but I really wanna help, so check some stuff here out. Hopefully it'll have something.

Honestly man for weight loss I would do a low-carb approach - basically you just want to eat meat and vegetables, avoiding any starches. Regarding protein, if you're doing meat with every meal you should be fine. Eggs are great too, and fish has a lot of benefits (Omega 3 fatty acids). Check out www.robbwolf.com, the Paleo diet has done wonders for me. Check out the below to get started with that: s3.amazonaws.com/freeDL/paleo-diet-guides.pdfrobbwolf.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/thePaleoSolution_QuickStart.pdfYour program seems fine, I would personally do a more compound-movement based type of thing, which would be more effective for strength improvement, but I understand that your goal is more size than strength. I would however make sure you're getting some back work in to balance out all those chest exercises. Don't want your posture to go down the drain. Keep us posted with your progress. I hope the above helps somewhat
