I honestly forgot that there was such a thing as homecoming dances in high school, and I have no idea how they work. Is it just like a typical dance/grindfest? I'm hearing from some people that you ask a girl if she'll go with you, but if it's just like a loud grinding party, is there really a purpose to doing that? and if you do ask a girl, is it expected that you pick her up?
thanks.

We never had a homecoming dance at the high school I graduated from, but in my freshman year the school that I went to had one. It was basically a twerkfest, and if you brought someone you'd still dance around with everyone. Treat it like any other dance, you can either ask someone (make it someone that counts) or just go with a group.

I have one next week. Honestly it can be way more fun if you bring a girl that you have been working on, because basically it gives you a free pass to get physicaaaaal. haha I love homecoming
