Turning Around My Life in High School

Hey guys, I'm new here. My name is brian and I want to learn to become a pua. Been lurking for a while now and finally made an account.

Now for my story which leads to my main question:

In middle school I was kind of a player, I just didn't know it. Also I had many close guy friends. I had HB9's flirting with me all the time and I was too clueless to do anything about it. Even recently people have told me that so-and-so liked me in 8th grade or whatever. So then finally I got the memo and got a girlfriend in mid-8th grade. Dated her for a year and a half, dumped her last spring. Now i'm in grade 10 and after my long-term relationship I don't have that many guy friends and am no longer good with the girls. I am too shy to approach people of either sex and I am really smart and i think i am generally perceived as nerdy. I need some advice to do 3 things:
1. Help people stop thinking of me as nerdy. Mainly just come off as smart instead of nerdy.
2. Expand my social horizons.
3. Over come my fear of approaching people, male or female.

If you guys have any advice for me it'd be appreciated.

you have a big ego, try to stop thinking about how people see you so much and you'll find you become more confident as a person.

To overcome a fear of approaching you must tackle it head on and do the approaches, it is the only way.

We don't teach PUAs here, we teach boys to be men. The fear is in your head, and like Sloth said the absolute BEST way is to go out there and just do it without any second thoughts or hesitation.

What other people think of you is none of your business, as long as you're happy and confident in yourself. You can be nerdy to everyone else and still be that nerdy cool kid with all the girls.
