So im not a newbie im not a loser. Im pretty popular actually. But im more as the "funny guy". Im gonna start talking to this girl and how do i actually make her like me? I think she may be interested because i see her glancing at me and shes always saying hi to me without me even saying hi. So how should i start it? What makes a girl like a guy? Is it that hard?

Your question is hard to answer because it is the wrong question, you can't make someone like you, you can't make the stop street light turn green and it's a poor way to look at it, you have the yellow light she is interested, and really it's the best position to be in. . you go for it by going for it, it's a practical thing and then you learn afterwards what it means.
