There's this sophomore girl in my school (I'm a junior) and I see her]all the time but she's in none of my classes. All of my friends know her and talk to her. But iv never said a word to her, never introduced my self or anything like that. But she always looks at me when she thinks I'm not looking, and we've had a lot of awkward eye contacts. I kind of have a crush on her and want to say something and build interest between me and her but don't know how in a not goofy but cool way. I pretty much have a problem with the whole introduction thing. Any advice?

Shyguy is right. Because you're crushing on her, you're overthinking what you have to do. It's an introduction to a person, it's not complicated, difficult or complex. Just say hi, I've seen you around so often but we never talk, what's up? Don't even say that, because you shouldn't be memorizing how to introduce yourself to someone. How would you say hi to a guy? Girls are people, not bombs that have to be defused.
