It's happiness and confidence.
That's all you really need.
All that other stuff is secondary.

Girls are much more emotional than men. We, admittedly, go by looks the first time we see a girl. It is very rare, well for me, that I'll approach a average looking girl (if there are hotter girls in the venue).
But girls may look at your looks first, however once you open them they will look too you on a more emotional level (personality, confidence etc).
I know guys who are ugly as fuck but have the biggest ego and confidences i've ever seen. And they pull constantly because of that.
