How do you step out of shyness with women?

So I'm 17 years old, never had a girlfriend in my life ever, was a loner for the first 15 years of my life, and I've only been excessively social for the last 2. My only problem is that I'm either very shy, or very "ill-equipped" when it comes to wooing women my age. How do I step out of the rut I'm in? How do I just talk and flirt like most of my friends just inherently do? I have so many questions, nowhere have I found help.... I badly need some

Read the e-book, that's incredibly important, but even more important than that is practice. You have to just go out there and talk to people over and over again until you're no longer shy. What to say will also come with practice. The ebook helps make all of this a bit faster and helps guide you away from many many mistakes.

Awesome that you're making progress! Take initiative and hang out with her. Remember don't "put all your eggs in one basket" keep your options open

Always keep your options open. I've made that mistake too many times. Anyhow if you really like this chick, you must avoid the friend zone. Never be too available, and every time that you are available, make it extremely exciting for her (with crazy stories and routines) to keep her interested. You always have to keep her guessing. Trust me, you can never let a girl get bored. Keep her on her toes and she'll be attracted to you in no time
