Haha, okay well that's an exaggeration, but here's the thing: I got this girl's number like last week and the texts worked the first 2 times, but now she gets my texts and I never get hers. I think the reason is because I have Android and she has iPhone, because this isn't the first time this shit has happened. I know she isn't just not texting me back because when I thought that at first, the next day the first thing she said to me was "You didn't get my text?". Today I told her the problem might be her using iMessage because that's just something I read about, but she tells me she doesn't always use it, and I don't know a damn thing about iPhone so I ain't got a clue, and I'm not trying to text her every day until I get hers because that just seems real needy, no matter how good I'm doing.
This whole issue might even explain some other texting issues I got, where I thought they just weren't texting me back. Anyone know a way I can fix this? It'd be real fucked up for me to be on a great streak and then have some texting problem fuck it up.

I've had this happen before. Call your phone company and tell them what's happening they can usually figure it out.

I've had this happen before. Call your phone company and tell them what's happening they can usually figure it out. So I tried this, and they told me to try taking the battery out or soft resetting. Since I have a Droid 4, taking out the battery isn't an option (non-removable battery), so I tried a soft reset. I'm still not sure if it worked out not but I doubt it. I was calling them from my Droid (which, in hindsight, probably wasn't a good idea), so the other things she was gonna suggest if neither of those worked I'd have to be on another phone for her to direct me through.
