i decided i want to get a six pack till the summer (so i can show them off at the beach xD) i am doing 30 minutes of cardio every day (running at almost max. in my old treadmill) what exercises should i do, and how many reps and sets?
ps: i'm 15 and lean

dont do any stupid long distance running.
requirements for abs: low bodyfat, preferably in the 6-8% range some ab exercises. they could honestly be anything, doesnt really matter. Three exercises that I find most effective are: weighted planks, vacuums, and the bicycle exercise thing

and lastly, sprinting, preferably up hill, will get you ripped
btw dont forget the shoulders/tris/bis for the full package.

Listen to him when it comes to abs ^^ he has a deadly 6 pack.
