Fuck my life! I'm tired of it! From now on my main focus will be to improve myself and i'll not stop until i'm satisfied with it. I'll try every single theory i read on picking up girls and i'll succeed. i'll get the girls i want. i'll be a social beast.
[end rant]
Should i start a journal? i dont really see an advantage on creating one. what are the benefits?

Mate I know how you feel. The best thing you can do is work to your goals no matter how annoying and hard the journey is, once you get there you will love yourself.

Sure. Even if it's only for a month; it's good to reflect on what you could do better. Now, since you're fifteen, which is awesome, I recommend that you drop most of the pickup material you're watching/reading. I'll put some stuff you can read/watch at the end of this post, but I really want to stress the fact that you shouldn't be clouding your head with brand new theories, techniques, etc. It'll only make things harder & stress you out. Secondly, don't be fueled by "getting revenge on all the girls and guys who rejected you at school". It's silly. Nobody is going to care that you're making the decision to improve yourself and become a social beast- they're too worried about worrying about themselves. Thirdly, "approach anxiety" is just a marketing technique. Someone made up the phrase/problem so they could sell you bootcamps and books. Don't worry about it anymore And, lastly, becoming awesome in high school has little relevance to becoming great at pickup. You really don't need pickup at this age. There are a lot more principles that I could go on about, but those were just the few that came off the top of my head. I'll post two videos and a couple articles that I recommend you check out. After that, I suggest you forget about any other pickup sh*t that you watch or read, unless it's just for entertainment. www.goodlookingloser.com/entry/college/chris-high-school-experience-why-he-was-semi-popular-senior-year-includes-old-photoswww.goodlookingloser.com/entry/college/what-you-high-school-kids-need-to-know
