For me it's been 2 inches (going in to my sophomore year) from 5 ft 6 to 5'8. Would be awesome if I could grow 2-3 more inches (please Allah) haha

Ive grown at least 3 or 4 inches. Im going to be a junior this year and im probably gonna keep growing. I used to be smallest kid in school back in middle school but now im taller than most girls and a few of my friends that used to tower over me. Im about 5'7 or 5'8 now. The simplest way to grow taller is to get tons of sleep and drink milk when you can. I sleep a ridiculous amount like 12 hrs some nights. I wouldn't recommend sleeping that much as it really takes away from your day. But i have noticed that over week long breaks in school people will tell me that it looks like i grew when school starts back up. You could try the tips on get taller websites but thats mostly for people that have already gone through puberty.

You have a genetic min-max to your height, and as long as you're healthy you can reach max height. Kids in high school do need more sleep, the proper range goes from 9-11 hours depending on what source you look at. Now that I'm in college and learning just how important sleep is, I've made sure to get 8 hours of sleep every night, even if it means not playing video games with my friends for a night. That being said, catching up on sleep is somewhat of a myth. If you sleep only 2 hours one night, sleeping 16 hours the next night doesn't do anymore for you than 8 hours.
