How to make Relationships with people that stick

Hey guys! I was wondering how to make relationships and have friends that I have relationships where we have a solid great relationship. I haven't really gone anywhere with anyone outside of school so that might be the problem.

Also, try to find another board where a thread could fit before posting it in specific help. 9 times out of 10 it can go somewhere else. that's for everyone
