Hey guys, which one of you high status bros can help a fellow brethren out? Let me make this quick
Goal: To become the most valuable, most popular BADASS in school.
Problems: I do gymnastics everyday from 3pm-6pm except for weekends(sometimes Saturday mornings).
I don't have a car for the moment. My parents are pretty protective and lovingly strict.
To wrap it all together, how can I become THE FVCKING MAN, get girls, new friends and bond with them with such a tight schedule.
Note: I have game I just need more chances to use it on girls

Welcome to the community! From what I read your situation doesn't seem to be all that bad. I like your ambition but I'd suggest working toward that big goal with smaller goals. Just start off making friends and having fun whenever possible and girls will come. If you want more opportunities to game girls then by all means go out and make them. Go to school events, parties,all of that. Not having a car and doing a sport after school on weekdays is not holding you back as much as you think it does. Hope this helps!

A little info: I have friends. Close friends from gymnastics and other not so close friends from school. The friends from school aren't my close friends because I have no time after school to bond with them. My parent aren't to fond of me hanging with a girl or going to parties.

Yah I don't think you're in too bad of a spot. The only thing that really sucks is your parents.
Metaphorically speaking, this predicament with your parents is like a locked door. You are either going to have to:
1. Confront this door, knock on it, ask for them to open up.
2. Find a way for you to enjoy life without going through the door
3. Sneak in from the window and get back out before your parents see you
4. Break down the door with an axe and tell them "fuck you, I run this shit"
I would opt for option 1 if I were you. I have basically taken option 2, but in doing that, they have slowly started to open this door. I took option 3 a couple of times, but I always got in trouble. I wouldn't suggest option 4.... Your parents might not react well.
