How I became a KING

Alright this is long so if you read this I applaud you in advance.

I train at a gymnastis gym. There's a boys team and a girls team. At the time the girls and guys NEVER intermingled. Except for me, see my sister was on the girls team and she was invited to parties and they also invited me. So I got to be around the girls sometimes, then I noticed that some of the girls were cute. And that I had enough game to get attraction from them, not too much but a little. I'm on the guys team I was pretty much the life of the party, always making people laugh. How can I make myself the life of the party for the gym. If I succeed I will be able to game more of the girls on the girls team. Now whats better to get girls attention then drama. And a brilliant idea struck me what if I made an Instagram account that hated on the boys and girls at our gym. So I did it I made an Instagram account named "captain- name of our gym" (not going to say actual name of the gym). I posted that the account was owned by someone at the gym but they did not know who. So it was a game, WHO was the captain? I let the guys know it was me. The Girl guessed for days, might've been a week or two before I finally said it was me. It was an uproar, everybody at gym looked at me when I walked through, everyone knew my name, everyone knew I was that dreaded Capt. After the storm settled I changed the account to a positive account that only cheered on and brought laughter to the gym. Congratulating girl and guys and posting inside jokes. The next day it was like a wave of change had been washed over gym. I was like a celebrity, everybody wanted to talk to the captain. Girls wanted pictures with me, parents thought of me as a stud. I had so much social value girls started crushing on me. It honestly got to the point where a female coach was literally sexually attracted to me. To this day I am still KING of the gym.
(Really I'm not kidding, people even buy me things).
Now I'm blessed to have this happen to me, however I need your help to do this sort of thing but at my school.

HOW can I create this much social value for myself at a high school of about 4,000 kids?

Problems: I don't have a car... Yet.
I can't throw a party, at least not a my house. I have gymnastics at 3pm-6:30pm everyday.

Question: Is your goal really to become the KING of your highschool?

In my opinion, that's a pretty lame goal... I'm sure you'll look back on that goal when you're in college where there will be 20,000+ students and realize that how futile it really is. First piece of advice, strive to become awesome. Not the "KING", not the most popular. Strive to become the best you that you can be and the people will come. Be the best gymnast. Be the best friend you can be to your friends. Be that guy who asks a random person walking next to you in the hallway how their day is going. Be the best student you can be (whether that's getting all A's and scoring perfect scores on your ACT and SAT or getting all B's after studying your ass off the whole semester). Please, just don't make your goal to become the most popular person at your school, or however you want to phrase it so it seems justified. Popularity is not a bad thing to have. The bad part is setting your goal to BECOME the most popular kid. I set that goal for myself halfway through my 9th grade year. I ditched my "loser" friends to sit with the star football players. Well guess what, the football players rejected me after 3 weeks and I came crawling back to my "loser" friends. They rejected me too. Now those "loser" friends are some of the most liked kids in my grade that everybody wants to be around. *****I ended up fixing our relationship this year (in 11th grade), it took two whole years.

Look dude, I'm not trying to bash you personally. I just see your goal as something a lot of people come on here for (originally myself included) and it CAN (not always because some people are natural manipulators of other people's perceptions of you) ruin your friendships and overall highschool experience (which should be enjoyable for the most part).

The answer to how to get "this much" social value.... It's being valued. It's being a person that others feel comfortable around. It's being a person that achieves success in everything. Examples: success in faith, success in academics, success in charity work, success in friendships, etc. The list goes on and on. Success in popularity is not a trait that exists by itself, it's a culmination of all of these other traits.

I became well-liked by my classmates and girls this year. What did I do differently than before? I studied my ass off to get good grades, trained and practiced every single day for lacrosse, and worked on getting my Eagle Scout. I don't know when or how it started but I began to get texts every weekend with "hey do you want to go to ___ party?" and "hey do you want to come over and hang?".

It's the best feeling to see yourself succeed after putting in the effort. Strive for that feeling, and if you don't get it the first time "Don't give up, don't ever give up"

Oh trust me on my list of goals, this one is NO WHERE NEAR the top. I would still like to achieve though. Not to ditch "loser" friends but to have the opportunity to love all and to be loved by all that's all.
