playing with sarcasm and cockiness

Okay, so when it comes to texting, how often should I play with cockiness? Cause I am in a conversation with this girl and it went pretty well, we talked about her participating in a panty swap and she even sent me a picture of what she got, so later on she retweeted this, you know, "thingsgirlslike" kinda shit saying how to win my heart and it had a text message saying "you can have all my hoodies". So, I proceeded to text her exactly that with a winky face, and she responds with some heart emojis, etc. etc. then she puts you da real mvp and I put, I'm aware then she goes "Oh do you?" then I reply mhmmm then she just stops respondning. One thing I didn't mention is that she has a pretty strong sense of sarcasm too, so I can't tell if I said the wrong thing or if she's just fucking with me. I know this may seem lengthy and drawn out, but I really haven't been in the text game for a while, and it's something I am trying to improve. Another question is how can I play off her sarcasm? Thanks guys, I may be looking into it too much but I just wanna know your thoughts

I like where you went with that. To respond to her "you da real mvp" I would've said "nah we da co-MVPs" to include yall in that "us against the world" mindset. Try to put something more substantial than mhmmm next time. I don't think she was blowing you off but if your gonna text her today or tomorrow, do not bring anything up to make her think that you thought she was blowing you off intentionally. Keep us updated man!!

Agree with Swatt. You didn't give her anything to respond with. Your response of mhmmm was boring, and it doesn't give her anywhere to move in the conversation.

If anything significant comes up let us know. What's the status on this girl? If youre going after her then I think you should tell us how it's going. If it's more of a general topic on how to text girls then you should talk to different girls and give us some examples from them

Yeah this is a girl I'm going after. She's sits in front of me in Spanish and we flirt all the time in the there, and she's also in my choir class. She's a senior and I'm a junior. But other than that and texting we haven't done anything else, which needs to change soon. I'll let you guys know when something significant or something that stunned me happened
