My buddy was watching me do a PU (He's an AFC but calm so still okay around women) and screams out dude what's with your posture! I realized i was crotch walking.
So what kinda posture should i adapt when doing PU?

perfectly straight posture, especially if you are tall and or skinny (more noticable.) Having a straight posture signals dominance. Lift that chest a little, head up. YOU OWN THE PLACE.
And remember, do NOT lean forward...

Put your hand behind your back like a butler...in the small of your back, push against your back and you'll stand straight.
Do that while you walk around and you'll start having good posture.

What I do is Stick my chest out, tilt my head up (only a little), pull my shoulders back, and walk.

I forgot where I heard this but it's good advice:
Imagine there's a string hanging from a doorway or something, then imagine hanging on it from your teeth, bring your head down, you should have the correct posture.

I practice standing and walking with good posture a lot, but don't let yourself appear wooden. A little slouching (or at least change in your posture) makes you appear a lot more genuine.

Ok there is something called Alexander Technique. It is a poster improving technique. Basically the broad strokes of it are - lengthen the chest, and widen shoulders. And keep this in mind. Your spine ends at the top of your neck. So keep your head up straight to straighten that spine.
I got a video on it, if you want to see it

Nono get this. I have a really good balanced wrestling posture but i'm so used to it that to compensate i try to stand straight but in doing so i go too far. I dont know that i'm doing it anymore ... XP
