Alright, the thing is there is this concert on sept 13, I was just wondering what you guys thought about sarging at concerts and if you could gaive me some ideas that would be great.

I am the master of concert pick up. xD
Well, it's my sarging area of choice.

Concerts are great. You can always meet new people and everyone is friendly and energetic.
My approaches involve really C&F ones to show I'm having more fun than they are right now and make them want to join My world. After that, standard method will do the trick.
As far as openers go, I avoid opinion openers and use "accidental openers" like
"Omg!! Jessica??!! Is that you?! You left your bra at my place, come pick it up soon." to random girls.
or approach a girl and give her a big hug. look at her for a while and go "Woah!! Wrong person!!!" and talk to her while laughing the situation off.

After that, it'll be pretty easy to hook and build comfort.
But be aware, distractions will come by every 7-8 seconds.
