These mistakes are really helpful for them, who wants to improve their body language.People should improve their body language like nervous habits, leg bouncing, hands in pocket, etc.

One hand in the pocket is fine body language, it actually makes you look like you have a bit of swag and your shoulder is back

I guess my main problem is slouching. I thought slouching meant you were more relaxed though...
I don't feel relaxed if I'm sitting up straight and stiff. It's uncomfortable.

Guys no offense but fuck this. We are not robots. As long as your body language says your a chill guy who is just comfortable/having fun, you'll be alright. No need to follow rules and guidelines on how you have to stand, talk, smile, stare, drink, eat, or shit. It's fine to base your style off of these for ideas but don't be a robot.
I used to follow all this stuff 100% but it just gets you stressed out.

Leg bouncing is annoying as fuck, I'm glad I stopped doing that.
The problem for me is standing in the lunch line not knowing what to do with my hands.
And when talking if I'm sitting I usually start messing with my pencil.

fuck revival start a new thread,
the big body language mistake to avoid is taking up as little space as possible. Its ultra submissive.
Start a new thread though if you want more on this.
