Repped 135 lbs 5 times for 2 sets (45 lb plates on both sides of the bar btw) for the first time today... feels good achieving goals you've had your mind set on for awhile.
~Week 2 Day 1 Bench: 100 LBS Squat: 135 LBS Deadlift: 111 LBS Dips: 1x8, 1x5 BW(135 LBS)
Mindset Write-Up Feeling amazing, achieving goal after goal. It's funny... for some reason I can do quite a bit of dips easily. Several of my friends can't even do one. I look at them trying and they can't even hold at the buttom for 2 seconds. Damn I'm a beast. Also... 2 plates on both sides? FUCK YEAH
Also I'm probably gonna start working on abs more. Somebody at school commented how much a friend and I were eating (we take sandwhiches and fiber one bars to school) and I started telling him whatsup. When I got home I asked my dad to double check and he was like... next time someone says that just show em your abs. Unfortunatley I don't have too much abs visible right now, gotta work on that. Easy enough though.

Wasn't able to lift today because I didn't have the proper forms filled out. I was pretty pissed. Oh well, my dad is a doctor so he was able to fill out the papers and shit. I'll be hitting the gym FUCKING HARD on Friday.
I may be getting sick though, I'll rage so hard if I do. After lunch today I felt mucus and shit in my throat and now my throat just feels sore. I'm sitting here sweating a fucking swamp and my nose is starting to feel weird. Fucking bitch, please don't get sick after I've gained this shit. Drinking lots of water and juice as well as taking vitamins. Oh and I forgot to mention the first case of swine flu has been confirmed in my littles brothers school. Fuck that shit.

Lost some weight because of my illness. I'm about 133 pounds all muscle right now, I know this because I hardly ate and my weight didn't drop below that. Before when I ate a lot then suddenly stopped my weight would just go down to what it was before. Also, I've been in the gym since this Monday. I think the only day I went last week was Monday.
My activity in this thread from here on out will be minimal, opera non verba ("Deeds not words", less talk more work). I'm going on this split for 6 more weeks before I change up my routine because that's around the time you should do new lifts to shock your muscles. I've printed out two papers made by me in Excel; one for myself and another for my friend. It's more organized and neat than my hand-written one.
I'll continue taking pictures every week but instead of posting them each week I'll post them every month.

Aight so I hate to say this because it sounds like I'm making excuses for myself but I only weigh 135 lbs because I've been sick on two different occasions (I've had to skip school) so during those times I lost weight or didn't put on any. On the bright side I don't really have too much fat on me because of it. My squat has gone up tremendously since I started, my bench on the other hand hasn't. ~Stats: Age: 15 Height: 5'9" Weight: 135 lbs Squat: 155 lbs (3x5) Bench 100 lbs (3x5) I've recorded other stuff on paper but I'll just put those two lifts on here for now. ~Pictures (they may be a different size right now... just reformatted and I haven't *cough* renewed the license for Photoshop yet *cough*

I've decided I'm going to play Football once again next year. Thing is I'm not just going to be some kid that stands on the sideline. I've already been lifting but I'll be doing a lot more in order to make sure I achieve my fairly short term goal for Football: which is to play a lot and make plays. I probably won't start with a lot of cardio and shit like that for awhile because I want to put on size as fast as possible. Once I do though I'll start running drills I got from this college receiver and I have a partner who *I THINK* is almost as serious as I am. This could be good so one of us could serve as a quarterback. I'm going to see if I can get back into contact with the college receiver for more information. Lets see how this plays out, I'll report anything that goes on here.

I found someone who seemed pretty creditable who linked me to a few different sites like Athletes Performance and some program called WSFB. I'll start the WSFB and look into the AP training shit.
