Age: 15 Weight: 144.5 lbs (!!!!!!!!!!) Squat: 165x5 Deadlift: 111 (Don't really max, I can do this weight 12 times for 3 sets) 40 Yard Dash: 5.8 (Achieved my first couple of goals and still achieving more, next goal is to run a 4.5 forty. Achievable.)
I started this new WSFSB 4 day split on Monday. For the past two weeks I've also been going up to a turf field with a friend and practicing on running routes, catching balls, and doing cone drills to get faster.

I was using WS4SB too did see some pretty good results in terms of strength though sadly lost that through moving.
For speed I definitely recommend running hills, going up the hill forces you into proper running form and running down provides for good overspeed training. If you want anything to improve your speed hills are surely a key thing.

It's kind of weird. I'm just scared of it because I'm afraid I'll lose all my gains but I know I won't. I've been running routes, playing catch, and shit like that for the past two weeks and I'm still gaining weight. Also I'm going to start doing Pilates to help with my flexibility.

P90X is by far the best program out there you'll find. A body builder PUA told me about it, and fuck he was right.

Currently sitting at 150 lbs constantly. Hey tell me how you like Westside I learned about it but I haven't done it long enough to tell the Football coach about it and I'm wondering if its worth it. I actually never did it. I planned to but I just never did. It has great reviews though, I strongly recommend watching the Strong the movie by Joe DeFranco, you can find it through torrents. Another thing guys, I can't get the point across enough. Squat, squat, and do more squats. Not only is it the best compound exercise around but it will also make your ass amazing. I can't even begin to tell you guys how many girls have been commenting me on my ass as of late. All types of girls ranging from 6s to 10s. Squats also work your abs a shit ton for those of you who are all about biceps and abs... lulz.

A really good exercise I use to build up upper pecks is called Burnout. You'll need two spotters for this. What you do is put three tens on each side (higher or lower depending on your strength) of a barbell. Then bench that until you can't do it anymore. Once you get to that point, have the spotters take off one ten from each side and bench that until you can't. Repeat this until you have only the bar and you will find that you can't even lift that.
For that exercise, you will feel intense burning in your frontal shoulder area along with weakness. Even though you feel these and THINK that you can't lift anymore, you still can. It's all about mental toughness.
After doing this for awhile, you will begin to notice a huge increase of build along your pecks and lower shoulder.

I usually do it with biceps though, and on time instead of just "until I can't take any more". Just take two 25, 15 and 5lb weights and start lifting. one at a time, as fast as you can. you can try 1.5 minutes, but it's really tough. ALSO, the good thing about timing it is... You can compete with yourself! The biggest improvement I've seen was 9 reps more with EACH arm.. with the 25lb one. in a week. that's crazy imo.

Does anyone still post here? I totally forgot about this forum. Anyways, consistency is still difficult for me to maintain but within the last few months I've been getting better. Here are some updated pics. I'm a little disappointed by how little I've progressed in all this time, but oh well at least I've learned from my mistakes. Stay consistent and never quit. Left is before, right is after. And to make this thread a little less gay, I present you with Miss Nevada.
