Everyone takes me wrong 
You obviously only do this stuff in moderation. Very rarely tbh.
The thing is, you just have to develop a lifestyle almost that makes you the center of attention. Don't purposely be late to class... What the fuck? Just live a life that makes you late to class. Talk to your locker buddy way too long or some other person in the hallway. Don't just sit around at your locker until your late for class and then have some "super witty" remark. I'm late to class all the time and it's usually a fucking accident. The "super witty" remark comes WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR. No forethought... Typically I just run into the class, hold my books up in front of my face, and try to purposely make it look like I'm sneaking to my desk. Shit just happens... I'm not late A LOT, but it happens from time to time :/ and I honestly wish I wasn't late...
Secondly, and most importantly, this is probably going to bring up some controversy...
Being the Center of Attention WILL make people not like you.
The center of attention is different than the person that everybody likes... If you want to be the center of attention, you're just going to have to accept that you're GOING to get haters. That's how it works. Yeah, some people will be annoyed. Just don't be a cocky fucktard and most people will be fine, though. They're only really annoyed if you do it because you think it makes you look cool and you're all cocky about it.
Look, Jmac and Adam, the center of attention HAS haters. Don't judge perceverance on what he wants to be just because you're sometimes annoyed by the center of attention guy. The jock has haters too... as do nerds, druggies, and everyone else. EVERYONE HAS HATERS. Let him be who he wants and quit saying not to be obnoxious just because some people may not like him. You can't please everybody... good god.

That's the damn truth. Let perceverance do whatever he wants. Quit trying to dictate his life.
Perceverance, do whatever the fuck you want, whenever you want. Some people won't like you, but they'll get over it. If you TRULY want to be the center of attention, than GO AFTER IT. Be whatever you want. You may not like it and you can always change later if it doesn't feel congruent with yourself. Just try stuff man and don't worry about what people say.
