Hey guys,
I've always been a small guy, but lately I've noticed that I'm pretty skinny.I want to gain weight, but obviously i don't want to become fat. What should my diet be like and what/how should i exercise?

Lots of protein, small amounts of fat, as many small meals as you can fit into your day (ideally 5-6) and a fair amount of moderate-intensity exercise. Just push ups, pull ups and crunches, you don't *need* to spend too much time in the weight room (although you can and it won't hurt)

Eat a lot. Protein and fat are important. Sugar isn't. The truth is that where you get your calories is less important than how many you get.
You'll want to focus on full-body high-intensity excercises. Low intensity and carrdio and other aerobic stuff burn calories. You want those calories to go into building muscle, so stress your muscles as much as you can and as fast as you can. Then you can trust all those calories you ate to build a ton of muscle.

Cytogainer, or any other protein powder is one source of protein. Protein powders are great when you want to add protein to your diet.
However, you aren't cutting, so getting enough protein should be easy as long as you are eating pretty healthy. You know the drill: chicken, fish, veggies, complex carbs, few sugars.

Buy muscle milk and lift heavy weight. If you lift weights, lift heavy weight and less repetitions(reps). 8 reps=1 set, so do 1 set of 8 rest for a minute, and do another, rest and do another, then move on to your next exercise. If you lift weights, what's considered heavy for you?

Cytogainer is made by muscle milk. It is not just protein, it is complex carbs, creatine and other stuff. It is great stuff, and will put good weight on you. You just have to lift hard.
I suggest taking it. It is better then muscle milk because it has more stuff in it (same price too!)
cheers

Meat and weights. Take it from a wrestler Actually, if you're taking it from a wrestler who's starving it goes: tuna and weights. Nine
